Jose's immigration process didn't go as expected in August 2009--he was given a three year bar on entry to the U.S.
We were desperately waiting until August 2012 when policies suddenly changed and everything started up again. We're now waiting on his waiver decision and hoping he will be back in the U.S. in June 2011!
